Contract Reviews

Maintenance contracts define the basis of the service to be provided and what costs are applied. If this document is not structured correctly, cost can spiral and performance could fall below acceptable levels.

Obtaining a quality service at the correct costs can be difficult to achieve. Additionally extra charges for works “not covered” are hard to challenge and can lead to ever increasing costs.

The contract needs to be clear and fair for all parties; some “standard” contracts are biased towards the contractor and have automatic extension clauses.

Stonewood can undertake a review of your current contract and provide guidance on areas that can be improved in order to focus the service quality, limit the costs and prevent automatic term extensions.

We have bespoke contracts that can be adapted to meet your specific requirements, ensure that costs are minimalised, deliver improved service quality, reliability and response to callouts.
